Turkey is one of the last major football playing countries still continuing with its league, albeit with matches being staged without any spectators.
Tonight, Goztepe take on Rizespor in the Super Lig in a match where the visitors have much more at stake than their hosts.
Goztepe sit in midtable safety with seven matches left to play this season after tonight’s encounter but Rizespor are third from bottom, just inside the relegation places but on goal difference only.
If they were to win away for only the third time this season, it would see them three places, as well as three points, safe of the drop zone.
But they would need a major boost in form. They have gone eight games without success since their last victory at the end of January.
But the one plus in their favour is that they do score regularly.
Goztepe go into the game on the back of three successive defeats and are also low on form. They have been coached since November by Ersan Parlatan, who is from Germany.
This pool are features matches from Argentina, another country where football continues despite the coronavirus.
